DID YOU SIGN YOUR SKATE WAIVER ? 

ALL SKATERS MUST FILL OUT OUR ONLINE WAIVER BEFORE HITTING THE ICE. Failure to complete this waiver in advance  will cause delays in your reservation upon arrival. 

The rink will be open from Friday, November 29th, 2024 through Monday, February 17th, 2025. Tickets and skate rentals will be available at the door on a first come first serve basis. We encourage you to reserve your tickets in advance for best pricing and to guarantee availability, as peak sessions do sell out.

Skating sessions have been created to accommodate demand for peak skating days, and we recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your selected time. Sessions are mostly scheduled every other hour,  allowing for a minimum of 90 mins skating, with time to resurface the ice between each session.

 

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERABLE.  YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL OF ANY & ALL CANCELLATIONS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR HAZARDOUS ICE CONDITIONS.

 

In cases of inclement weather or session cancellations,  pre-purchased tickets will be transferable to a new date of your choice. Be sure to check your email prior to arrival at the rink for transfer instructions or utilize our self-service TICKET EXCHANGE.

 

Although skate sessions are rain or shine, management reserves the right to cancel or delay sessions at any time. The safety of our guests is our number one priority.
